30-Day Burpee Challenge

This challenge was suggested by Robin for anyone who is interested.  You can do it at home.  It will be starting on Thursday January 29th and will end on February 27th.

    I am so happy that you guys are doing this, too. When I first put it out there as a challenge, I was worried I would be doing it solo! One of my co-workers did this a while ago and she said it is amazing quickly the body responds to the exercise. Now, I just need to get my mind on board! I want to see how much I can challenge myself, and I figured it would be a great help to get in tournament shape. :)

        No, I did not! It is a perfect exercise to do in a small space. I bet the hotels have a small gym.

    Here is an interesting link that shows ten different burpee variations. The person demonstrating it does 100 in ten minutes with a 25 second break in between each set of 10.

    I’m happy to have a rest day today, and can definitely notice an increase in strength in my legs. I can’t say that I look forward to doing them, but feel pretty good afterwards. Only ten days and nine more sets to go!

      There is no gym at our hotel, so been doing them in the room…kind of squishy! LOL! I have noticed a difference in strength. Not loving the burpees, but thank God you found that Fitness Blender Video. Takes the boredom out of them!
