Online registration is fast and easy!

1. Download the Risk Agreement Package for new members document, print it, and read it carefully. Bring the completed document to your first class.
2. Email the following information to jordantk@telus.net:
   • The names of all those who are registering;
   • A telephone number where we can reach you;
   • The ages of all those who are registering;
   • The skill level of all those who are registering;
3. Bring a cheque to your first class:
   • $99.00 + TAX ($103.95)
     (Covers first month and uniform)

All regular membership prices are monthly and taxes are included.

Monthly dues are payable by postdated cheques.

Cancellation of membership requires 30-day notice in writing to Mrs. Boudreau.
