Physical Distancing Policy

For the health and safety of our members, the following policies will be in effect until further notice:

  • Students and instructors are required to wash hands and /or sanitize hands when entering the training floor at the beginning of class and leaving at the end of class.
  • All students will have their temperature checked when entering training floor.
  • Any student or staff member exhibiting cold or flu symptoms (coughing, sneezing, fever, etc.) will be sent home.
  • All sparring and direct contact drills between students are suspended until further notice.
  • All training equipment must be sanitized after use.
  • Uniforms must be washed on a regular basis.
  • Handshaking and direct contact are not needed between students, traditional bowing is enough.
  • Students that have travelled outside of Canada must refrain from attending classes upon returning for a minimum of 14 days following the advice of the government of Canada.
  • The viewing area will remain closed at this time.  The front desk is available by appointment only.

Dojang Arrival Protocol

For the health and safety of our members, the following policies will be in effect until further notice.

  • The viewing area will remain closed at this time.

When arriving to class

  • Members are asked to arrive in dobok and leave all bags and valuables at home.
  • Members should bring personal water bottle, no fountain water provided at this time.
  • Parents can come in to assist with their child to get them ready but must leave the viewing area.

When entering the dojang

  • Any member, instructor, parent or staff member must be able to answer “NO” to the following question before being given access to the facility: “Do you have any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, sore throat, or difficulty breathing?”
  • Members will be given access one at a time and be brought directly to the training floor by staff.
  • Members and instructors must sanitize hands prior to entering the dojang training floor.
